How do I sign in?

Enter your email and use the six-digit verification code. No password is needed.

How do I write a review?

Sign in, choose a place, and add stars and a comment. You can attach photos. Your review will be public under your chosen name.

How do I suggest a new place?

You must be at the place when you submit it. We save your location for verification, then our team reviews the suggestion before publishing it.

How do I request a change to place information?

From the place page, suggest a correction to the hours or details, or email contact@rayakapp.com with the place name and the information you want changed.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to My Account → Settings → Delete Account. Your account data is deleted, and your reviews remain under “Former user”.
